We need your help to identify the top 5 issues/concerns which are important to you in order to give community direction to our Lake Winnipesaukee watershed efforts.

The following is a list of concerns developed by lake association members, town officials, watershed conservationists, and local and state agencies. Please identify your top five concerns rating them 1 through 5, 1 being the top concern.

  Milfoil and other invasive plants
  Failing septic systems
  Planning regulations
  Zebra mussels (spread of)
  Winter salt use
  Personal watercraft use
  Noise pollution from boats and personal watercrafts
  Oil and gas leaking from boats/marinas into water
  Soil erosion
  Boat house construction
  Non-point source pollution (polluted runoff)
  Improper disposal of waste
  Groundwater protection
  Shoreland Protection Act
  Fisheries protection
  Protection of drinking water
